Conducive or favorable to health or well-being. 所以是用在形容一個東西具有可以導致健康健全的某種屬性，而非形容一個人是健康的；這與virulent是指一個東西具有有毒性的屬性好像還滿合的 ^^;; （題外話下面的同義字 'good for you' 實在是最簡潔有力的解釋了 :p ）實在是超難選的呀～～ -- Working men of all countries, unite!
