做pp3做到的：
Seven one-dollar bills are to be distributed among A, B, C(人名省略)
so that each person recieves at least $1.
A. The number of ways to distribute the bills so that at least
one person recieves at least $3.
B. The total number of ways to distribute the bills.
Ans: C (equal)
