subpoena(傳票）就是用writ(令狀）定義的喔

stalk是盯梢 hunters是獵人,
感覺上foragers and hunters都是搜尋者,
不過不太確定grazing: foragers的關係能不能這樣比

因為chicanery跟tactlessness都有負面意思
