[問題] 機考取消可拿回部份退費的工作天是3天還是10天前呢?
剛剛爬了文，似乎後來變成是10個工作天，
但是我前幾天報名時在ETS網頁上特別去確認一下，
看到以下:
You must reschedule or cancel your test no later than three full days
before your appointment (not including the day of your test or the day
of your request) or your test fee will be forfeited.
If you cancel your test no later than three full days prior to your test
date,you will receive a refund equivalent to half of the original test
fee.
請問各位，到底是3天還是10天?...
