[字彙] conjecture
線上m-w字典查到如下
可是defective 和 presumptive不是矛盾的嗎??
所以我實在是很疑惑~這個字的意思到底是「用不夠完整的證據來推斷」呢
還是「有系統的推斷」呢？
2 a: inference from defective or presumptive evidence b: a conclusion deduced
by surmise or guesswork c: a proposition (as in mathematics) before it has
been proved or disproved
