Dear Examinee,
This is in regard to the GRE exam you scheduled with Prometric. Your
appointment has been confirmed; however, because of technical issues we
experienced on the day your registration was submitted, your credit card
details were deleted from our system. Your credit card was not charged for
the registration you completed. To ensure prompt release of your scores after
testing, we must receive payment for the exam.
Please contact the Prometric Candidate Care center at 1-800-853-6769 with
your credit card information (number and expiration date) so that your card
can be charged and your scores reported without delay.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We apologize for any
inconvenience this situation may cause.
