這裡的 burn 不是燒的意思，字根 bur- = bru- (u, r 易位) = brown
-ish 是動詞結尾，如 punish, finish, polish ...
burnish / furbish / refurbish 都是 (v) 擦亮，建議一起記下來。
三個字的字形很像。
