they need in order to thrive, because it is primarily in cities that a nation's
cultural traditions are preserved and generated/
because後面的翻譯有點問題 :
1. 因為一個國家的文化傳統主要是在城市中得以保存和發展
2. 因為一個國家的文化傳統的保存和發展在城市中是主要的
我覺得1是對的。 因為2的想法應該把in cities搬到最後面。
希望大家能給我更好的解答 感恩 ^^
