[心得] e-mail更改收件地址之成功經驗

這次考6G因為臨時碰上七月得搬家，所以被迫在考六月計量之前通知ETS更改成績單收件地址，因為爬了板上似乎沒有較新的地址更改經驗，所以把我的流程逐步整理下來給大家參考。 1. 寄出要求更改地址的e-mail ETS收件mail：gre-info@ets.org 06/06考，我05/25寄信，信件主旨很簡單的寫了"I want to correct my address"而已，內文也很簡單只有兩三行，說一下自己改地址的需求與參加的考試名稱，其餘部份一條條交代自己的個人資訊，大致把准考證上有的項目都寫進信件內容；為了怕ETS的處理人員眼花漏掉我最需要更正的地址，所以新地址那行我特地用大寫紅字NEW ADDRESS標明 2. 收到制式化回覆信寄出去沒多久(好像不用一分鐘)就收到ETS的自動回覆內容如下 Thank you for contacting the GRE Program. Your inquiry will be responded to in approximately 1-2 business days. For up to date information on the GRE Program, please visit our web site at: http://www.ets.org/portal/site/ets/menuitem.435c0b5cc7bd0ae7015d9510c3921509/? If you are writing about registering, rescheduling, canceling or confirming a Computer-based (CBT) test appointment, please contact your local Regional Registration Center (RRC) directly. Prometric handles CBT registration-related activities and will be better able to serve you. Please do not send duplicate messages. TRACKING NUMBER: XXXXXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXXXXX 上面的網址很長很長，我就不把它貼完了，另外還有TRACKING NUMBER應該是作為進度查詢之用，但因為我沒用到所以就不再這邊分享使用方法。 3. 兩日內收到地址已更正確認信兩天內就收到地址已經改好的e-mail通知深深覺得ETS真是一個工作效率十分奇妙的組織 (′Д`) 信件內文如下 Thank you for contacting the GRE Program. Dear XXX-XXX, Regarding your inquiry: As you requested, we have revised the address information on your GRE file. We are sorry to learn that you did not receive your GRE® admission ticket. Our records indicate that it was mailed to you on April XX, 2009. You can view and print your ticket at www.ets.org/gre/viewprintticket or present this letter to the test supervisor for admission to the test(s) shown below. If you receive an admission ticket for the same test(s) and test date, please present the admission ticket to the test supervisor. You will also need to present two forms of positive identification to the test supervisor for admission to the test(s) shown below. One form of identification must bear a recent PHOTOGRAPH AND SIGNATURE.
