下列哪個分數以 P/Q形式表示時，其小數近似最接近數字0.PQ，其中 P為十分位
而 Q為百分位？（原題漏掉 0了）
因此解 P/Q ~= P/10 + Q/100
當然這種題目直接把選項代進去答案應該很快就出來了
A) 1/8 和 0.18
B) 2/9 和 0.29
C) 3/4 和 0.34
D) 4/5 和 0.45
E) 8/9 和 0.89
