如果按照M.W.英文辭典的解釋，
adorn:
to enhance the appearance of especially with beautiful objects
disguise:
to change the customary dress or appearance of b : to furnish with a false
appearance or an assumed identity
換言之，adorn是透過美麗的裝飾，來增加(enhance)某物外觀的價值或品質；
而disguise是透過改變(change = to alter)傳統的外觀，來進行偽裝。
我猜想原po是用中文的釋義，去解這一題，所以很難接受這樣的答案。
