所以by so agreeing講的是，一個人既然應雙方要求 agree 作為他們的仲裁人，
那麼he agrees by agreeing in this way: abandons the right to take sides later.
第二句：
行為規範的特徵常常出乎預料。
第三句：
在重現／重述事實方面很薄弱的這樣一個天性／本性，（比如重現或者重述時候會因
為個人主觀而無法達到百分百忠實與reality）
