[解題] Image compression(IGS and Huffman)
1.對象: 24歲男生←(年齡、性別缺一不可；漏掉一個水桶三天。)
2.地點: 網路←(請注意自身安全、財物等。)
3.科目：影像處理
4.上課時間：皆可
5.時薪：500/題 總共NT$1000←(不能打"面議、詳談、可議、自行開價等；若限制水桶14天。)
6.條件：確定解後兩天內給解答←(依據法令規範，不得限制性別(優先)、國籍(優先)等，
若限制則水桶30天且退文。)

8.附註：需要註解程式碼及解題步驟(以MATLAB解題)
題目如下
(1) Apply IGS quantization approach first to reduce the number of
gray levels (from 8 bits to 4 bits) by 1/16. Plot the decompressed
image and error image (20%). Plot and tabulate the histogram of
IGS image (20%). Compute the mean square error between
original image and decompressed image (10%)
(2) For the IGS image, determine the Codec (encoding/decoding)
table of Huffman coding (30%) and compute the Lavg and
compression ratio (20%)
