Salvum me fac dextera tua, et exaudi me.
Quia iam illud peto quod dare vis;
non ad insipientiam mihi, sed utique ad commonitionem,
ut in tribulatione noverim quid petam:
peto autem vitam aeternam.
Ergo exaudi me, quia dexteram tuam peto.
Make me safe with your right hand, and hear me.
Because now I seek what you are willing to give.
I seek not the folly for me, but truly the admonition for me,
so that in tribulation I may know what to seek:
but I ask for eternal life.
Therefore hear me, because it is a place at your right hand I seek.
