【公司名稱】知名海運公司【工作要求】 1. Familiar with international law and jurisdiction (especially TWN/HKG/SIN/London/China) 2. Reviewing of contract and agreement (marine, operation & general commercial) 3. Handling of cargo claim (including daily defense, lawsuit, arbitration & lawyer appointment) 4. Handling of marine disputes (including B/L issues, long idle issues, C/P disputes…) and coordinate with legal consults. 5.
