提供一下個人的LDP(Leadership Development Program)的求職經驗 LDP主要是給MBA的一種職位有別於新鮮人的manager trainee GE的兩種Program(ECLP & CLP)可清楚定義 ECLP(experienced commercial leadership program) for MBA CLP(commercial leadership program)for fresh graduate 文章內容分三塊希望提供有用的資訊給有興趣在中國找工作的MBA朋友 - 個人心得總結 - 個人資歷及面試的LDP類型 - 個別面試公司的LDP情報心得總結 - LDP in China行業(不包含banking/consulting industry) 目前MBA最熱門的行業集中在healthcare > O2O & IT > Chemicals - 面試機會 LDP in China CEIBS同學佔面試者的絕對多數(一般在約6~8成左右) 因為大公司各區域多各自招LDP 所以很多機會只有Mainland > Great China(含HK) > APAC學校知道能不能獲得offer及對應的package取決於個人能力 (廣告-CEIBS提供了一個非常好的工作平台in China) PS.我所面試的公司, 除Oracle外, 其餘CEIBS皆是重點學校 - 薪資水平大部分B2B類型的LDP in China薪資落在50~60萬RMB左右這類型Offer至少一半以上是CEIBS同學拿到個別公司會針對最優秀的人才給Global pay (80萬RMB左右) - 語言/簽證要求這類型LDP皆要求中英文雙語(Merck除外他今年選了兩位印度同學) (簡體)中文的要求比英文高這對台灣人是相對有利的因為求職者少了一大票不會說中文的人另外台灣人身分在中國的工作簽證不會是issue 個人資歷 - 中歐MBA(LDP intern in DuPont) +中山財管學士 - 六年B2B Commercial experience in Taipei & Shanghai 面試的LDP類型 - 全部是B2B行業 Base in China 並且以Petrochemical為主 - 這類型公司多數含兩個硬指標(但不全然都是) * 五年全職工作年資(實際同學經驗是差不多就好當兵算) * 工作function要是commercial or consulting role相關(或者相同行業背景) 我面試的LDP公司情報(並不代表LDP in China的熱門程度) DuPont (Chemicals industry) - LDP名稱 & 含蓋區域: MLDP in Great China - 重點學校: 只在亞洲六間學校招 CEIBS/HKUST/NUS/NTU/CUHK/清華 - 年薪: RMB+500K (個別優秀同學可能到RMB800K) - program design: 在Great China的不同BUrotate 兩年結束後會分配但即可能是留在最後一個rotate的部門 - Candidate from: CEIBS*3 / HKUST*1 / NUS*1 Shell (Petrochemicals) - in Great China - 年薪: RMB+500k (intern 25K/month) - program design: ration in downstream busincess within China Bayer BMS (Chemicals) - in Great China - 年薪: +500KRMB - candidate from: CEIBS*2 / NUS*1 Bayer BHS (Healthcare) - International Development Program in Great China - 重點學校: MBA in Mainland China - Candidate from: IESE*1 / 復旦*1 - Program design: new program from this year Dow Chemicals (Chemicals) - BAP(Business Assignment Program) / Great China) - 年薪: +RMB500K - Candidate from: CEIBS*1 / Bocconi(exchange in CEIBS)*1 / Keio*1 AkzoNobel (Chemicals) - 2013 Fast Track Management Program(FTMP) / China - 重點學校: MBA in Mainland China - 年薪: RMB400K - Program design - Candidate from: CEIBS*1 / IESE*1 / 3* China B-schools Merck (Healthcare & Chemicals) - LDP / China/APAC - 重點學校: CEIBS(the only one) - Program design: rotate in both healthcare & chemicals BU 3 rotation location: China/German/one of BRIC country(excluding China) - Candidate from: CEIBS*5 Novozymes (Life Science) - LDP / China - 重點學校: CEIBS/BimBA/清華/北大/復旦 - 年薪:RMB400~500 - Candidate from: CEIBS*2 / BiMBA*1 Eli Lilly (Healthcare) - LLDP / China - 年薪: +RMB500K~800K (depending on candidate quality) - Candidate from: CEIBS*1 / IESE*1 / 2* US B-schools Microsoft (IT) - LDP / China - 重點學校: - 年薪:+RMB600K~800K(depending on quality: country/regional/global level) - Program design: 3 rotations in same BU: China/US HQ/EU - Candidate from: CEIBS*2 / BiMBA*1 / 清華*1 / HEC*1 / 2* US B-schools AbInBev (Food&Beverage) - LDP in supply chain function / China - 年薪: +RMB800K(global hire) ORACLE (IT) (process ongoing) - LDP / APAC - Program design: brand new program from this year 5 candidate for each market in APAC, fix position for assigned duty GE (General) - ECLP /Great China - Program design: georgaphy rotation in same BU -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 223.166.171.7 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MBA/M.1407845382.A.4BB.html ※ 編輯: kuoa (223.166.171.7), 08/12/2014 20:10:45
