一樣是去年的事懶的重打了直接就當初的日記複製貼上希望大家不要介意當初Lancaster就一直是我候補名單一個是因為學校真的太偏遠另一個原因是因為當初接觸的校友真的太詭異當天面試內容不外乎就是 Why MBA Why Lancaster What's your expectation that LBS can gives you How your peers describe you Why you think you are the right fit What's your plan after graduated from MBA What's your strength and weakness 不過比較特別的就是他知道我是HP employee 就有問我 How do you think of HP's market strategy 我的回答就是我覺得HP不夠創新所以失去很多Market opportunity but we try to improve and seperated our company as two A smaller company is more easier to do inovation than a bigger one. 他就點點頭然後講到以後想要成為的人然後覺得自己為什麼可以這又連回我的strength了當他問我any questions 時我的做法永遠都是先提出我覺得學校好的地方 (why this school) 但是我也有聽說這間學校很偏遠所以HR很少去做 recruiting 教授回答的是他們已經試著improve and this already fixed.
