[公司] 立可人事代徵，外商個人健康用品供應商，產品包括面紙、衛生紙、紙巾、嬰兒紙尿補、女性衛生用品與大小便失禁照顧用品 [職稱] 產品諮詢專員(醫院通路) [工作內容] 到各大醫院去跟護士介紹產品，辦seminar以及教育訓練，公司會教產品知識，起初以台北縣市的醫院為主，之後負責範圍會拓展到全省醫院 Area of responsibility: - Build up brand value of inco professions via medical networking - Drive professional recommendation platform for correct inco care via nurses - Drive professional recommendation to create new category of Light Inco and Inco Skin care - Create brand value via in-hospital seminars with nurses and inco TA - Establish brand value by providing inco education to hospital caregivers - Create brand value with spill over effects from nurses to Around Hospital medical shops - Support Around Hospital chain training program Main Tasks: - To be able to find right target of nurses to promote different product line - To be able to define opinion leaders among nurses to create strong professional recommendation to Inco TA - To be able to visit nurses in person 4days a week for product detailing, sampling program and nurse day program - To be able to work with nurses for in-hospital seminars, and provide feedback within 3days - To be able to work with hospital caregiver department and provide inco trainings for individualized care - To be able to visit Around Hospital medical shops with DRS team and provide store base training for spill over effects of professional recommendation - To be able to provide weekly hospital visit report KPI: - No. of weekly nurses visit call - No. of monthly seminar arranged/ participated - No. of mothly trainings for hospital caregivers [條件要求] 大學護理系學歷、應屆畢業生即可國台語精通、有醫院工作經驗佳自備汽車 - University graduated majored in Nursing; newly graduation is welcomed - Experience of working in hospital will be a plus - Good interpersonal communication skill - Be able to work independently and work during weekends as required - Willing to take challenge and initiative - A good team player - Fluent in both Chinese and Taiwanese - Be able to read and speak in English will be a plus - Computer knowledge of Power Point, Excel and Word - Self- equipped with car [薪資] Base salary: 20,000-30,000 Incentive: 5000 (based on targeted seminar) Bonus: One month bonus calculated by achieving rate of targeted seminar Car allowance:1/km = NTD 5 Annual leave based on 勞基法三節獎金 [應徵] 請將履歷寄到gloria@recuritexpress.com.tw Gloria 胡小姐 87806822 主旨請註明"應徵產品諮詢專員(醫院通路)-姓名" 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.128.182.114
