Electric Motion Systems is electric propulsion system manufacturing company
with headquarters in Dulles, Virginia, USA. We are a multinational company.
Our products are designed in the USA, produced in China and sold in Europe.
This position will work with our manufacturing factory in the China Suzhou
(蘇州 )area, included Shanghai(上海), Kunshan (昆山), Wujiang(吳江).
Training will be provided in Dulles, Virginia , USA

Requirements:
* Excellent English skills
* Good attitude and strong work ethic
* University or college graduate
* 5+ years of relevant experience
* Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
* Focused on quality
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Strong ability to work as a team member
* Basic PC skills and computer literate. Working knowledge of Microsoft
software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities:
* Report to senior manager, China operations
* Day-to-day management of all facets of manufacturing operations
* Day-to-day organization and planning of multiple production priorities
* Day-to-day effective use of all resources
* Manufacturing Engineering support activities, including production
problem resolution, expediting/tracking/kitting parts,
reviewing/validating/updating Bills Of Materials,
literature searches and other engineering tasks as assigned
* Supervise manufacturing personnel
* Utilize lean manufacturing, 5S, six sigma and other tools to improve
productivity and reduce costs.
* Production equipment/capital evaluation, specification, selection,
ordering, testing, implementation, programming and operator training
