They are becoming very focused internationally and that is where most of their growth is coming from. The CFO has a mandate to build an Accounting & Finance Dept. that can be leveraged by the portfolio company CEOs and CFOs. She is looking for dynamic people that can interact with the entrepreneurs of the portfolio companies. Senior Fund Accountant/Analyst - this is requiring Japanese and some accounting experience. The accounting experience could be public but they are open to any industry if they have the Japanese language experience. This person will be doing fund accounting and interacting with the portfolio companies. This could be an Analyst, Manager, Senior Manager, etc. Salary is flexible. Assistant Controller - She is looking for someone with International Tax experience and Mandarin. Don't worry about the VC experience. This is really about Mandarin and Tax. This role will be focused on deal structures and will have a ton of involvement with the portfolio company management. Salary is flexible – some tax experience and Mandarin is required. This is a great chance to get into a very dynamic VC firm that isn't experiencing any slowdown from the recession.
