Personal Assistant
Job location:
‧Hong Kong
Responsibilities:
‧Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Director in all areas
related to his personal issues including travel bookings, daily schedule,
visa application, family affairs and any other duties as assigned
‧Provide assistance to Fund Manager
‧Perform any other tasks as may be required from time to time
Requirements:
‧University graduate
‧1-2 years working experience
‧Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including
Mandarin)
‧Responsible, proactive, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work
under pressure
‧Flexibility to work overtime
‧Immediately available is an advantage
