Re: [問題] 請問如何查USPTO的專利保護期限
不知道這個問題解決了沒有?
關於這件專利保護期間正常來說應該是到2010/07/10
但是不知為何查詢http://portal.uspto.gov/external/portal 後
從Application date 只能看到 Status: Patented Case
但在Fees的Patent Bibliographic Data 卻查到
05/05/2004 Patent Expired for Failure to Pay Maintenance Fees
11/20/2003 Maintenance Fee Reminder Mailed.
11/19/2003 Maintenance Fee Reminder Mailed.
08/05/1999 Payment of Maintenance Fee, 8th Yr, Small Entity.
09/22/1995 Payor Number Assigned.
09/15/1995 Payment of Maintenance Fee, 4th Yr, Small Entity.
似乎是因為沒繳交第三次維持費而失效了...
