OpenAI 目前已更新他們的政策

Starting on March 1, 2023, we are making two changes to our data usage and
retention policies:
自 2023 年 3 月 1 日起，我們將對數據使用和保留政策進行兩項更改：
OpenAI will not use data submitted by customers via our API to train or
improve our models, unless you explicitly decide to share your data with us
for this purpose. You can opt-in to share data.
OpenAI 不會使用客戶通過我們的 API 提交的數據來訓練或改進我們的模型，除非您明確
決定為此目的與我們共享您的數據。您可以選擇共享數據。
Any data sent through the API will be retained for abuse and misuse monitoring
purposes for a maximum of 30 days, after which it will be deleted (unless
otherwise required by law).
通過 API 發送的任何數據將被保留最多 30 天，用於濫用和誤用監控目的，之後將被刪
除（除非法律另有要求）。
所以，如果要使用語言模型時，建議利用api來取得openai的服務，這就需要花些
些許費用。
另外，如果特別擔心資料保密問題，也可以考慮使用微軟的Azure OpenAI 服務。
但目前，應該只有企業用戶能使用。
