去開會時遇到這個會議的 General Chair, 要我幫他廣告一下 :p ================================================================== ACM SIGCOMM NETGAMES 2006 SINGAPORE http://www.netgames2006.org The NetGames workshop brings together researchers and developers from academia and industry to share ideas and present new research in understanding networked games and entertainment and in enabling the next generation of online games. NetGames 2006 welcomes papers and extended abstracts describing research related to networked games and entertainment on all platforms. Submissions are sought in any area related to networked games and entertainment. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to: Multi-player game architectures and platforms Games on mobile and resource-scarce devices Protocols for peer-to-peer networked games Text and voice messaging in games Prevention and detection of cheating Latency compensation and hiding Modeling, usage studies, and characterization Systems support for authentication and accounting Multiplayer mobile and ubiquitous games Networks of sensors and actuators for games Advanced network services for mobile games (localisation, identification, group management) Security and right management in games Network and mobile game engine Grid architecure for games Advanced protocols and games (reliable multicast, group streaming, time and state synchronisation) We are also pleased to announce that accepted papers will appear in the ACM Digital Library. Submission guidelines: NetGames 2006 welcomes submissions of full-length papers. All submissions should be 5 to 12 pages (single-spaced, double column, 11pt font) in PDF format. The paper submissions must use the exact ACM SIG templates. Please find the template at http://www.acm.org/sigs/pubs/proceed/template.html. Please use the style "Strict Adherence to SIGS style - (Sheridan Printing)" on that page. There are also word and word perfect templates linked on the template page.
