1. So go to grad school assuming that you might not end up at a
research university, but instead a teaching college, or a
government or industry job.
去研究所不保證你將來就是作研究，或在研究型大學取得教職。
2. Your advisor will shadow you for the rest of your life.
...choosing an advisor is like choosing a spouse after one
date. Find out all you can on this date.
你的指導教授將會影響你一輩子。
選擇老闆就好像在一次約會後選擇配偶，所以請慎重三思。
3. Finally, have your fun now.
...So if you always wanted to walk across Nepal, do it now.
Do something that you have passion for, work in a lab you like,
in a place you like, before life starts throwing its many
curve balls.
活在當下享受樂趣。
如果你一直想去尼泊爾浪跡天涯，即刻行動。
作你所熱愛，活在你所喜歡的實驗室及地方，在你還能把握青春之時。
