今天收MAIL發現一封信內容如下~ 大致是一堆無意義的話然後希望你投去他們都期刊話說投到研討會的內容也被延伸去丟其他JOURNAL了所以也不可能再丟然而我還是很認真的看了一下信件內容跟裡面的連結我的疑問是我看了一下發現信件內沒說是丟哪一個期刊？而且SAP都沒聽過點進去裡面又一堆沒看過的期刊 (應該都非SCI 可能連EI都不是) 所以我蠻好奇這個SAP到底是幹嘛的？騙文章嗎？信件內容如下： Dear XXXX, This is Scientific & Academic Publishing(SAP: http://www.sapub.org), USA.
