[問題] 關於千里馬英簽的問題

照著版友們的方法，和校方通信來回3,4封了。校方還是拒絕幫我辦理Tier 5，把一些條款給他看，但校方還是找一堆理由反駁我，堅持要我通過Visiting Researcher的條件，但這對我來說非常不利啊！因為一方面我的英文語言成績並未達到他們要的，且已過期了。除了直接辦Tier 5幾乎沒有其他方法。好難過啊！現在到處寫信請求相關單位協助。實在不想就此栽在這，不知版友們有沒有其他建議的方法？以下是校方最近回復的信件： Dear XXX, Thank you for your email. This has been carefully reviewed. I am sorry but we still cannot agree that you will be able to apply for a Tier 5 GAE visa for the following reasons: 1.As it says in the guidance you have attached, the Tier 5 visa is designed for people coming to the UK to work (for example, as an academic researcher employed by the University). This will not apply to you as you are coming to Brunel as a Visiting Researcher to study, which will contribute towards the PhD you are currently studying in Taiwan. You will not be working at or employed by Brunel University so we fail to see why you will be eligible for a Tier 5 visa. 2.In paragraph 123 of the guidance you have supplied, it states that you need a Certificate of Sponsorship to apply for this Tier 5 visa. It then lists the conditions of this, including that you are ‘qualified to do the job ’ and “you will only work at the specified location.” Again, you will not be employed by Brunel University so we cannot issue you with a Certificate of Sponsorship. 3.In paragraph 125, the guidance refers to a “research institution operating under the authority and/or financial sponsorship of a relevant government department.” This again would not apply to Brunel University as we have no such agreement. Please note this refers to the UK government. To reassure you, we always ask Visiting Researchers such as yourself to apply for a Tier 4 Student Visa. Provided the application guidelines are followed and the necessary requirements met, there should be no reason why your application for this Tier 4 visa would be declined. We cannot comment of the situation regarding visas for any other person and this only relates to what visa you will need to undertake the research programme that you are studying with us and not any other institution. In order to move forward, please could I ask you to do the following: 1.You need to meet the conditions of your offer in order to be issued with a Confirmation of Acceptance for Study (CAS).
