Home prices post biggest jump in 6 years
Home prices in 20 major U.S. cities were up 5.5% in November
compared to a year earlier, their biggest jump in more than six years.
全美20大城的房價在11月增加了5.5%,近六年來最大增幅
The last time prices jumped this much was in August 2006,
when the housing bubble was still inflating.
上一次房價增加那麼多是在2006年8月,房屋泡沫還在膨脹的時候
Soon after that, prices went into a steep decline that
led to a flood of foreclosures.
在那之後,房價就一瀉千里
That sparked the most serious economic downturn since the Great Depression.

"Housing is clearly recovering," said David M. Blitzer,
