Utrecht housing renting in June
In June there is a room offering in Utrecht, the rent is 310 Euros, including Internet and other utilities.The room is on the ground floor. There is a toilet, a kitchen on the same floor, the bathroom is on the first floor which you have to share with another two house mates(Dutch). It's near Wilhelmina Park, the east side of Utrecht. About 10 mins biking from the central station, there is also bus 3 and 4 going directly to the house. I think you can also use the bike from the house. The area is lovely.
Since I am leaving in May, however, the contract is till July. My landlord wants me to find a temporary tenant for June, only one month, because there will be a house construction starting in July. However, he also mentioned if the person is interested in July as well, you can negotiate about that.
The deposit is currently one month, but since the person can only stay for a month, he said the deposit can also be discussed.
