這個學程辦理對於 third country national(非歐盟國民) 真是會蠻複雜的我瀏覽了一下emle的網頁有幾個文件是比較相關的 FAQ有關移民法規的部分 http://www.emle.org/_data/1-EMLE__Frequently_Asked_Questions.pdf Visa Requirements and Application Procedures Incoming EMLE Students are responsible for the timely arrangement and submission of Visa application forms with their respective consulates and embassies. Please provide proof of starting the Visa application until July 31st. Unfortunately the EMLE staff cannot offer individual consultation with regard to (special) visa requirements and application procedures. Such information would have to be obtained from the respective consulates and embassies in the home country. A tourist visa cannot be transformed into a residence permit for study purposes. Neither can it be transformed for the process of applying for a degree nor for preparato-ry courses.
