是的 可以看NESO的網站 有幾份文件都要先公證 再到外交部 最後到荷蘭簽證處認證. 基本上不用 目前為止沒有聽過有人需要這項文件的. 而且其實其他文件 到荷蘭當地IND申請居留證時也完全沒用到. 保險起見 還是按照規定把網站上有公告的文件辦妥 否則去辦簽證. 那個很"嚴格"的小姐就不會給你好臉色了
