收到一封有關 visa的信,裡面有幾段 -Important is now to check whether your passport is still valid for the period of intended stay, not to forget to get your birth certificate in time and to have it legalised at the Dutch embassy, and to arrange your health and liability insurance before you leave; see our website for the details. -Please note that in order to get a D + C MVV you will need to show your insurance policy valid for the period of your stay in The Netherlands. -Official authenticated birth certificate-not simply an original, see below!!! Documents must be in Dutch, English, French or German, or accompanied by certified translations. For most countries, authentication means an apostille certificate. You can usually obtain this from your national (state) government -the section in charge of birth, death and marriage registrations. However, birth certificates from countries who have not signed the Hague Convention of 1961 need to be legalised both by the national government and by the Dutch Embassy in the relevant country. Check with your national authorities which type of authentication is applicable to you. You should arrange for this document as soon as you possibly can, in any case before you leave home.
