Do you think teachers should be paid as much as doctors, lawyers, and business leaders? time: 35 words:398 時間稍微多了一點下次會改進字數有點太多寫完才發現請問一下各位高手大概這樣的文章會給到fair嗎? Among a myriad of occupations, in the current situations, the pay of teachers is on the average of normal salary; however, their work property is diffetent from those who have to face cunning grown-ups. Regarded a teacher as my carrer, like me, I am qualified to say that teachers are supposed to earn lots of money like doctors, the high-wage persons. Examples and my personal experiences will be shed light on in the following paragraphs. To begin with, the most pivotal factor I hold is that no matter what level of basic education is, ranged from primary school to high school, these characteristics of cultivation affects students’s future contribution; there is to say, if teachers do not care about their development of morality, knowledge, and other spiritual acquiremnet, the underage would be under the massive conflicts between self-satisfaction and insufficiency, according to the eminent psychosocical crisis theory of Erikson.Relatively, for the time being, teachers play a momentous role to educate each individual with appropriate guidance, combined with important teaching methods and theories. Compared with doctors, these teaching motheds from teachers are equal to the prescriptions from doctors. Therefore, teachers have possessed as the same highly-trained expertise as specialists in assorted fields. Needless to say, teachers are worthy to recieve such high wage. Even though they deserve it, the rigid filtration system has to be set up in the meantime because it is the character of edcuation that should be given much time to demonstrate; otherwise, over time people are apt to forget to superintend the assigned mission. According to the Ministry of Eduacion, the policy of the evaluation of educators is ready to help teachers prod their teaching skills and the proficiency of guidance. However, in a non-public-official job environment, a bad performance would cause a laid-off sequence or other negative impacts on their business. For instance, a mammoth flaw of surgery would give rise to close clinics down. Thus, the government concerned should put precedence over the quality control of teachers. Most importantly, tecahers are also responsible for making every endeaver to prop themselves in teaching and lead students back to the track. All in all, the whole society will bear witness to the stupendous fruitful results because educators devote themselves to students; nevertheless, they are at the expense of their health.
