我想要請問一下 一些小小的文法
1.有關於動詞的否定
although the number of reported volcanic eruptions has risen exponentially
since 1850,this indicates not increasing volcanic activity but rather more
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
widespread and systematic record keeping.
我是想請問一下 這樣子是屬於動詞的否定嗎?
是不是可以直接加 not 這樣使用呢^^?
2.there is no need to speak to someone about what is past.
~~~~~~~~~~~~
上句是我在電影裡面看到的 我想請問一下為何不是用 what past is 呢?
或是這只是口語^^?
