不管你解任一題文法題，一定要先學會找出句子裡的主詞和動詞唷^^
先來看句子裡是由二個子句組成，其實子句= 句子，也就是一個句子會有一個主詞
和一個動詞，一定要記得!
我先把這個句子"分屍"，原來是 We will move you to a less expensive.句子A
We will credit the remainder of what you 've already paid to your charge card.
句子B。句子A你沒問題，我就跳過直接回答你的問題，為何要用WHAT?
仔細看句子B，主詞We, 動詞 will credit , 受詞 the remainder，
而後面you've already paid to your charge card是句子C，用來形容the remainder!!
也就是說必需把後面 C句子附加在句子B裡，因為句子C其實扮演著"形容詞的用法"
形容詞修飾名詞! 而what 是連接the remainder 和句子c的關係詞，所以---
what這此叫"名詞子句"，請注意! what 前面不可有名詞，就是這樣了
你一定要先把關係代名詞搞懂，才能懂名詞子句等文法，加油囉^_^
