疑問：為甚麼是A而不是D
如果照題目來看, "might have revised" 指的是和過去事實相反的句子,
那麼後面接的應該是 had he had...而不是has he had啊?? 謝謝

疑問：為甚麼是A而不是C
這句話是和現在是相反, 那麼If後面+的是過去式, 有點搞不清楚為什麼不能用didn't?
