: 疑問：不太曉得為甚麼是B? 因為不太會翻譯..
我的理解是：那家公司打算搬遷它的工廠，不過，會保留業務、行銷和運銷部門。
前句講說要遷移工廠，後句說公司會保留這三個部門在這裡，也就是這三個部門不搬遷。
兩句用副詞nevertheless（然而，不過）連接語意。
Nevertheless:in spite of sth that you have just mentioned
