疑問：為甚麼是D而不是B
文章裡有這行字 REASONS FOR NO FRANCHISES AT PRESENT IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES
總覺得D裡的only one country很怪
也有可能是之前有franchises，但現在沒有(因為文章裡有寫到at present)
B會錯會是錯在refused這個字嗎??
