Dear Me. Berelli:
I am a longtime customer of Work Max and have always been satisfied with the
purchased and the service I've received. However, I was disappointed by my last
experience with your store especially in light of the claims made in the latest
Work Max advertisements.
I purchased a computer desk at your Rockbridge store on February 10. It arrived
on one whole week later, and the wrong desk was delivered. When I called the
customer service department to discuss the issue, I was told that the item I
want is currently out of stock, and that I would have to wait for three weeks
to get it. In addition, I was told I would have to pay for delivery.
I had assumed Work Max would provide free delivery service to replace a product
that would delivered in error.
Because of these problems, I would like to cancel my order and receive a full
refund. I hope your company will do a better job in the future to live up to
its promise to keep its customer happy.
