還可當作 the person who
所以你問得這句
Whoever did the inventory forgot to subtract the items that arrived
damaged and were never put into the stockroom.
可以譯為
盤點存貨的人忘了減去運抵即損壞的以及沒放在儲藏室的物品
所以forgot 的主詞是 the person
另外 在我的"單字600"書中
arrived 與 damaged 兩個字中間並沒有 and
所以原PO是否再確定一下
