本題為標準的「字彙」考題，需要先瞭解四個選項的意思：
(A) prevail vi. 流行、盛行
(B) transform vt. 使轉變；使變形
(C) inspire vt. 鼓舞、激勵
(D) involve vt. 包含；涉及
可以注意的是空格後面出現受詞their ideas，所以我們需要選「及物動詞」
(Transitive Verb)，(A) prevail是「不及物動詞」，所以可以把它排除。
此外因為空格後出現their ideas into...，介系詞into有「轉變為...」的含意，
只有(B) transform的語意可以與其搭配。
.... transform their ideas into beautifully executed projects.
「將他們的想法轉變成美崙美奐的建案」。
