稍微整理了相關「禁不住、不得不、只好」的用法，雖然我沒有辦法解釋為什麼，
也許大家可以提出自己的看法來討論。

cannot but VR
cannot help but VR
cannot choose but (to) VR
have no choice but to
cannot choose but這個用法似乎較罕見，
高中補習班老師有整理到這個用法，
但我在學習型辭典都查不到，還以為又是臺灣老師自己杜撰的用法，
沒想到要在更大部頭一點的辭典才有收錄。
其中American Heritage是用infinitive，
而Collins、Merriam-Webster's是用infinitive without "to"，
所以我就整合成上面打括號那樣的寫法。
上述也許可以就當成慣用法好了，
但其他的一般的but在當except解釋時，似乎不論怎麼解釋都會形成一個小例外，
例如i大的解釋法必須排除do；但Michael Swan的書則好像在不定詞部分只解釋了do，
節錄書裡的內容：
The Verb form after but usaually depends on what came before.
Infinitives are normally without to.
She's interested in anything but skiing. (intersted in ... skiing)
That child does nothing but watch TV. (does...watch)
照Swan所說，應該是通常都是用沒有to的不定詞。但want呢？ need呢？
google了一下似乎帶to反而是比較常見的用法，如：
I want nothing but to hear you.
其實還滿想問Swan除了do以外，是否能給出更多的例子，
亦即是否還有其他的動詞在這個用法下通常是用infinitives without to的。
