如果原po認為答案是 as well as, 則可以and 視之，我將句子套入:

"AND" to protect the displays as to ensure pleasant experience for all.

底線打星號處，則無法串起。因為as to若單獨存在，其為"關於"之意，等於about,
那其後理應接的是名詞，而非to V.
