[問題] 有人遇過這樣的狀況嗎?
今天收到代辦中心的一封信

Dear Spirit Applicant,
上週，美國國務院支會Spirit Cultural Exchange及其他所有J-1Summer Work/Travel承
辦單位，2010年之J-1Summer Work/Travel類之SD2019文件核發名額刪減20%，該條款立即
生效。該項異動國務院再頒佈之前並沒有通知任何J-1Summer Work/Travel承辦單位。國
務院表示，該決定是因為美國境內持續的的高失業率及對經濟持成長的未知性。
The United States Department of State (DOS) informed Spirit Cultural Exchange
and the rest of the J-1 Summer Work/Travel sponsor community late last week
that 2010 DS2019 allowance levels for all J-1 Work/Travel sponsors would be
cut by 20% effective immediately. This move by DOS was made without any
warning to the sponsor community. According to DOS, this decision was based
on the continuing high unemployment rate in the United States and the
uncertainty of the economy.
也因為此項重大的年度DS2019名額刪減，Spirit Cultural Exchange必須被迫終止所有新
的申請並取消已被專案接受的學生。對我們所有的申請者，我們對這項宣布感到非常抱歉
。
Considering the late timing of this significant reduction in our annual
allowance of DS2019 forms, Spirit initially expected to be forced to stop
accepting new applications and cancel many applications already accepted into
the program. We apologize for the difficult situation this creates for you,
our valued participant.
Spirit Cultural Exchange在各地的收件單位將會解釋這項重大決定會對您的申請有何影
響。
Spirit’s cooperating sending office in your home country will explain to you
how this development will affect your Spirit program application.

因為代辦過程中他說美國說工讀的時間期限從9/30改9/19
時間已經縮短
其他人有遇到這種狀況過嗎?
