[問題] 關於申辦退休金的文件
最近打算申請退休金，但遇到一個小問題，來請求大家幫忙
A written statement from the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (see
below) stating that:
> your Temporary Resident Visa has expired or been cancelled, and
>you've permanently departed Australia
這是要求檢附的文件，想請問有沒有人申請過呢？
該如何申請？因為我打去移民局的總機他說他們只有在辦出入境證明而已~
還請大大幫忙解答~
