Finance Business Analyst Manager Chinafloors Chinafloors is a fast growing manufacturing company based in China selling flooring related products; wooden, laminated and leather floors. (See: www.chinafloors.com, www.lamett.com) The Business Analyst Manager is reporting directly to the foreign president based in China. He/She is working daily with the top of the company in studying and realizing specific projects. These projects relate : analyses and realization of efficiencies, follow up of external offices, new business opportunities, legal issues, financial reporting, join the meetings of the president and follow up on the decisions being made during these meetings. Chinafloors is an entrepreneurial private foreign company based in China. Company is growing very rapidly and although with a young history of only 6 years, it can prove an amazing track record. The company produces wood and laminate flooring for international markets. Company has offices in Europe, US, Russia and United Kingdom and is now focusing many efforts in local market. The drive behind the growth is innovation, entrepreneurial spirit, quick decisions, strong production know how and in depth knowledge of international markets. The company employs about 1700 and with headquarters in Jia Shan (Zhejiang Province, 50 minutes from Hongqiao airport) at a top notch new production site of 300 Mu. The company employs 8 foreigners in China from Belgium, France, HK, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan ... Foreigners usually go back daily to Shanghai but also comfortable dormitories are available for certain days to stay. Salary package in line and better than existing position. Requirements: 1. Bachelor/Master degree in economics/business/finance or other related major 2. Fluent in chinese and english, reading and writing 3. Preferably chinese national with international education or living abroad 3. Min 5-10 years Financial/accounting background / experience 4. Preferably having worked in a manufacturing company. 5. Strong analytical skills to improve efficiencies, cost cutting and execute the savings 6. Open and communicative personality 7. Good team player and proactive working attitude 8. Strong organisation skills / teamleader 9. Good understanding of doing business in China 10. Able to operate in an entrepreneurial organisation 11. Hands on, passionate to make the difference 12. Sense of urgency Responsibility: 1. Head of President office department 2. Be the right hand and assistant of the president 3. Suggest and control efficiencies in the company 4. Follow up the meetings of the president 5. Management control, more specific control in business management of several projects ( new investments, purchasing) regards to the company strategy 6. Involve in general management affairs. 7. Report directly to the president of the company (Belgian) 8. Study acquisitions and expansion plans 9. Taxation and assist with government relations 10.
