[問題] 訂閱雅高 accor signature 刷卡失敗

有人成功用台灣的信用卡線上刷卡訂閱 Accor signature 過嗎？
試過HSBC跟華南都刷卡失敗，
對方說不支援啟用3DS的信用卡，HSBC說沒收到付款請求，3DS發不發是商店決定，3DS無所謂開關停用等
聽起來是收單行擋掉了？
或是不支援3DS所以拒絕送單？
