以上使用者水桶90日、違規文章退文。
NY0530水桶180日、違規文章全數退文。
二、說明
lovephoto77, queen9051, NY0530, hixtzen,
以上使用者回覆買賣屋文詢問交易事宜，違反本板使用規範第十四條第二項第三款第四目
，依同法第十六至十九條，應處水桶九十日以上、並得退文；其中，
NY0530之違規文章為二篇，採每一違規文章處分一次。
kb24oreo於看板發文公開徵求經營海外不動產之人員，應視為廣告文，
違反本板使用規範第十五條第一項第三款，依同法第十六至十九條，
應處水桶九十日以上、並得退文。
tarcos以非賣屋之分類、完全未依本板格式發表賣屋文，違反本板使用規範第十四條
第三項第二款第二、五目，依同法第十六至十九條，應處水桶九十日以上、並得退文。
三、申訴救濟
若不服本判決，得表明理由，以站內信與原處分板主溝通。
