問題可能很淺.但真的不曉得是什麼意思: Contract YR 2008 2009 2010 2011 2012 TOTAL Prepay% 1yr 30% 2yrs 25% 3yrs 20% 4yrs 15% >5yrs 10% Price/wp 3.2 3.1 3.0 2.85 2.75 Volumn(MW) 10 20 30 Total amount($M) $32.00 $62 $90 $- $- $184 prepayment $36.8 (數字均修改過) If not go for prepayment, then the fix price is $3.5/wp for2008 (這是指沒有付預付款.單價會修正成$3.5/wp?) Prepayment should be done 6 months prior to first shipment (預付款須在第一次出貨的前6個月付完?) 20% prepayment for 3 years contract, total prepayment is $36.8M Prepay % is the percentage of total contract value. Refund will be done started from 2010 (不懂) 請問預付款到底是為了什麼? 對於表格內的Prepay %我也不懂(逐年遞減的意義?) 將以上資料放入合約內: 1.price,volume of 2008-2010: Price/wp 3.2 3.1 3.0 2.85 2.75 Volumn(MW) 10 20 30 Total amount($M) $32.00 $62 $90 $- $- $184 prepayment $36.8 2. prepayment: 20% out of total contract value will be paid by Buyer Six(6) months prior to first shipment. Total amount of prepayment:$36.8M (不懂為何PREPAYMENT要放20%. Why not 30 or 25%) 3. payment term: 100% TT in advance in 2008 (100%指的是?) 30% of shipment value refunded by prepayment.(不懂) 70% of total shipment value should be TT in advance(不懂) 100% TT in advance in 2009 (這樣敘述對嗎) 25% of shipment value refunded by prepayment. (這樣敘述對嗎) 75% of total shipment value should be TT in advance(這樣敘述對嗎) 100% TT in advance in 2010 (這樣敘述對嗎) 12% of shipment value refunded by prepayment.
