各位好～不好意思喔可能會有點長… 這是客戶要求退貨的部份： Returns – Because defectives and return programs usually are tedious and can often incur cost to the factory we are suggesting the factories offer a DIF (Destroy in field) allowance. Maybe 3% off invoice cost that will allow xxxcompany to take consumer returns and throw them away. This allows both sides to wash their hands of the returns and simplify the process. 好像是希望我們提供7折的價錢給他們換貨是嗎？（萬一他們客戶要求退貨的話）不太懂DIF (Destroy in field)的意思耶…>"< 最後一句跟wash their hands也不知道要怎麼翻才對？！這是產品責任保險（對吧？！）： PLI –Product Liability insurance. xxxcompany requires you to have their name listed on your current policy that should reflect $2mil occurrence, and $10 mil aggregate. $2mil、$10 mil是？？？？剛又看到一個不太懂的： Ordering must be done through EDI. If you are not in EDI PRI can help arrange that for you at a monthly charge.
